Catalan is a Romance language spoken by about ten million people in Catalonia, Valencia, the Balearic Islands, Andorra, and the southern French region of Roussillon, with Andorra as its only sovereign-state status. Simplified Chinese is the universal written form for mainland China's media, publishing, government, education, and the world's largest e-commerce and social media platforms.
